Internet Governance Goals in 2023 Part 2

As a follow-up to Part 1 in this series of articles on learning online This blog post will detail a few other suggestions to help you learn. Some courses are shorter and others are much more dedicated. It depends on your time commitment and interest. I was doing a lot of online courses during the first two years of Covid and I have reduced my courseload significantly as we open back up but perhaps it’s time for me to rejoin but at a more modest level of participation. I found for myself that if a course didn’t meet my expectations I quickly assessed my commitment and made rapid decisions to opt out of a course, in short, if you feel it’s not for you go onto the next one. Lots to choose from. Make sure you read the Part One of this series.

You Tube Playlists

The John Adams Institute has hundreds of great recordings ( many non technical) but thought provoking and its worth reading the user comments. Recently I watched Nicolas Carr’s lecture on how the Internet is shaping our brains, with special caution on young persons

Many other sites are worth exploring

TED and TEDX

Another interesting site is the TED lectures, they are a bit of a formulative approach and they have a heavy hand on censorship
